Kelley Batson-Howard was born and raised in Anniston, Alabama and was transplanted to the Central Florida area in 1988. She is a life taught multi-media artist who spent most of her adult days in the family commercial greenhouse business. In 2017, life presented her with the opportunity to pursue her long held dreams of being an artist. She has since spent her days prolifically making abstract paintings in an effort to make up for time lost. There has come an explosion of art from her soul that often reflects back to time spent boating in her 20's and 30's and most recently, she is painting with bold colors and shapes reminiscent of the psychedelic 70s. She paints intuitively with brilliant colors and lots of texture on the canvas in an effort to share her abstract vision of the majesty of God.
She currently keeps a studio in Eustis, FL. and can be seen there by appointment.
See more of her work at kbatsonart.com or contact her at 352-516-0425 for more info.

Art Is INSPIRED BY:My art is inspired by the beauty God puts around us daily. I create intuitive pieces, often based on snapshots of abstract shapes in my mind's eyes, of the things I've seen or experienced over my lifetime.
