Lillian(LC) Tobey

LC Tobey is a Glass Artist. She delights in the way glass dances with light creating a dance of its own with reflection. 1980 she lived in the Chicagoland area and specialized in stain glass and the restoration of with a focus on Frank Lloyd inspired designs. Around 2009 she studied fused glass in Dallas Texas. Her fused style is inspired by Chihuly, David Hayes, Alexander Calder, Andy Warhol & Yayoi Kusama. She is an award-winning artist with public art at the McKinney Performing Arts Center of McKinney Texas, The Ormond Beach City Hall Atrium and The American Church in Paris.
In 2009 she was juried into, “Women In The Arts.” Serves on the MOAS Guild Board of Directors and is the current president of “Florida Women’s Arts Association.” She has a passion for promoting and cross-pollinating local artist. She is the founder and owner of www.dreamartglass.com
